Maya O. Chien is an emerging Asian-American writer, currently a second-year MFA student enrolled in Sarah Lawrence College’s fiction program. She serves as a fiction editor for Lumina Journal. A New York City native, Maya writes contemporary literary fiction with an emphasis on themes of grief and desire. She loves her dog, eating good food, and caring way too much about TV shows.
