Cathy Clay is a Houston, Texas native. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from the University of Houston (1997) and a master’s in English from Texas Southern University (2008). Her novel, Agatta was published in 2010, and her short stories have been featured in literary journals. Currently her short stories, Cecil and The Earrings, appear in Eclectically Criminal and Eclectically Cosmic respectively, both Inklings Publications. Her poem, Hiss, was published by Rat’s Ass Review (2017) in their Such an Ugly Time collection.
