Sydney Koeplin

Sydney Koeplin is a Chicago-born editor and writer with a special interest in speculative fiction. She’s a Midwesterner at heart but has also lived in Maine, North Carolina, and Germany. Her work has appeared in the Allegheny Review, Lovers Literary Journal, and the Intrepid Times. She won the Elmira Nelson Jones Prize for Creative Writing from Colby College in 2021. An avid bibliophile, she cannot pass by a bookstore without going in.

Martha Coats

Martha Coats is a full-time writer of novellas, short stories and poetry. She earned a B.F.A. in Writing, Literature and Publishing from Emerson College and has worked for Peachtree Publishers in Atlanta, Workman Publishing in NYC and Pearson Education in New Jersey. When not writing Martha can be found laughing with her husband, cheering-on her teenage sons from the soccer stands, gardening or baking high-calorie, French pastries.

Halsey Hyer

Halsey Hyer is currently an MFA candidate in Creative Writing at Florida International University. They’re an Editorial Assistant for Seven Kitchens Press, Associate Editor of Pittsburgh Poetry Journal, and the Virtual Events Assistant at White Whale Bookstore. Halsey’s debut chapbook, Always yours/Boy, was awarded the 2021 Rick Campbell Chapbook Prize and is forthcoming from Anhinga Press in July 2022. Their micro-chapbook of micro-poems, everything becomes bananas, is set for release from Rinky Dink Press in 2022.
